Additionally, we have access to a beautiful full-size gym on Singer Island. This semi-private, beachfront facility offers all essential amenities including showers, towels, refreshments, and water in an elegant setting. The location provides both privacy and inspiration with its oceanfront views, creating an ideal environment for focused training.

 

How often should I train?

Most clients see optimal results with 2-3 sessions per week. We'll recommend the ideal frequency based on your goals and current activity level.

 

Do you require contracts?

We offer flexible packages ranging from our Core Three Series to Unlimited Training. While packages have expiration dates, we don't require long-term commitments.

 

Q: How do we set up for virtual training sessions? What equipment and space do I need?

Virtual training is remarkably simple to arrange. You'll need:

  • Enough space to extend your arms and legs fully and lie down comfortably
  • A smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera
  • A way to position your device at different angles (a tripod, stack of books, or chair works perfectly)
  • A stable internet connection

Don't worry about creating a perfect setup. We've successfully worked with clients using everything from sophisticated home gyms to improvised spaces in hotel rooms. The key is having a device that can be adjusted to show different angles—particularly tilted down to capture floor work and slightly up for standing movements.

The choice of location is yours, based on your training preferences and schedule.

 

How is this different from regular personal training?

Our equestrian training specifically targets the muscle patterns and movement requirements unique to riders. Every exercise relates directly to your performance in the saddle.
